The Atlanta Falcons are taking on the New York Jets in their first preseason game. Yes, as it’s a preseason game, many starters are sitting out. But the main reason to watch preseason football is the fact that there is a lot of evaluation that occurs in these games.

The Falcons have seen a lot of improvement. The offensive and defensive lines are both much better now. There have been many tweaks and new installments on both the fronts and it’s good to see them improve as a team.

How well they perform against the New York Jets is the prime question now and hopefully, we will see positive and strong results in their first preseason game.
New York Jets Team News

Sam Darnold is the name we have our eyes on. He has a great preseason opportunity and we can be sure that he will be giving it all he has. Being a rookie quarterback, there are many things that he has to manage at the same time. Playing under the lights in the Jets’ preseason opener is a big task. And we will be assessing how well can he handle doing that.

Also, one of our leading concerns for the New York Jets is how well does Teddy Bridgewater’s knee injury hold up, especially on potential contact. Is he ready? Is he truly back? We will know tonight.

Rest of the team will focus on creating as many highlights as possible in their first preseason game.
